Shendrones Terraplane

The Terraplane is a 189mm ducted quad that uses 85mm props (10mm bigger than standard Cinewhoop). It has low profile molded ducts for low drag, and uses larger motors for more power and authority.
Although this frame is mostly intended to be used with the DJI Digital FPV system, you can use Analog FPV system as well.

Each kit contains 5 ducts and 2 sets of HQ 85mm hexblades and the necessary 3D printed parts (GoPro mount, camera mount, antenna holder).  An Immortal T mount is optional.

Parts recommendation (not included):

• Motors: 2306 or 2207  2400 – 2600kv.
• 20×20 FC/ESC Stack or 30.5×30.5mm FC/ESC Stack
• Props: HQ 85mm props (2 sets included)
• Full size Air Unit

Build tips:

This is what’s in the hardware kit and what they’re for:

• 8pcs M3x7 Motor screws that bypass the duct
• 8pcs M3x10 Motor screws that secure the duct
• 8pcs M3x14 screws + 8pcs locknuts for Arms
• 12pcs M3x9 Top and Bottom plate
• 1pc M5 screw + locknut Hero
• 6pcs 20mm standoffs

Orient the ducts so there’s maximum clearance between the struts and the arms.
The arms curve out slightly. Make sure all four curve away from the center of the frame. The bottom plate has holes that give you access to screw heads, make sure you install it the right way.
